The Board of Alderman meeting on Monday December 22, 2008 is going to be very important. The Mayor will be presenting his Consent Order to allow Wood Waste to truck the piles of debris to lower Broadway. If this is allowed to happen, Wood Waste will then be operating out of both sites, Boston Street and lower Broadway.

I have spoken to members of the Board of Alderman and they would like to see the public attend their meeting. The Mayor must understand that the City of Everett comes first, not William Thibeault.

I realize this is a busy time for everyone but I hope some can find the time to attend this very important Board of Alderman meeting at 7:00PM, December 22, 2008, Everett City Hall.

Why are they trying to reward a company that has been such a problem in this city and Newburyport? If this gets approved, and he is able to have two sites, we will loose all leverage that we have. Lets not forget that the DEP is *finally* doing something and all this will do is throw that out the window.

I have never in my life heard of city government trying to help a business like this in such a way. If I was another business in the city, I would be pretty ticked off and any other business leaves trash on the street, code enforcement would be all over them. They should be all over Wood Waste.

If your really in opposition let it be known and show up and back the Alderman that are working hard for *us*…….not Wood Waste. Let’s show them their efforts are not in vain.

Nicely put Massdee. It is time that both the Board and the Council realize that the wishes of the people of Everett come first and not political alliances. "We the people" ....... so simple yet so powerful.
