the back hoe was digging up a tree in front of a residents home and exploded today the house's siding is all melted lets see who pays for this |

What a disaster!
That was caused by a city back hoe? How on earth does a back hoe catch on fire? That's what I'm hearing.
I also don't understand something. It was raining all day. Was the back hoe operating in the rain?
I sense trouble. |

it was the back hoe truck that caught fire, house is all melted on bradford st city of everett crews are on scence cleaning up along with mass electric, comcast and gas company. Don't know what it was doing there in the rain hope the city has insurance for this |
